 Auto Concierge by Reneau operates through a structured, onsite service model designed to integrate seamlessly into the workday—without disrupting employee productivity. 

1. Simple Enrollment & Scheduling

Employees enroll and schedule appointments through a streamlined online system—no coordination or back-and-forth required.

2. Secure Key Access

Our Secure Key Access option allows keys to be stored in a coded lockbox placed on the vehicle window for authorized access.
Available as a one-time add-on. 

3. On-Site Service During the Workday

Services are performed on-site during designated service days, allowing employees to remain at work while their vehicles are serviced.

4. At‑Home Service Option (NEW)   For hybrid or remote employees, services can be performed at the employee’s residence within 20 miles of the workplace or within our service territory. This provides maximum flexibility and eliminates the need to leave home. 

5.Digital Inspection & Communication

Every vehicle receives a Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI)—a detailed report sent directly to the employee’s phone, including photos, service recommendations, and real-time updates.

6. Approvals Without Interruption

Employees can review, approve, or decline services digitally—without leaving their workspace or interrupting their day.

7. Documented, Transparent Service History

All completed services are reported to CARFAX, creating a verified maintenance record that supports long-term vehicle value and accountability.
