 Auto Concierge by Reneau stands behind the quality of our work. All services are performed using professionally sourced parts and installed according to manufacturer standards. 

 We provide a 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty on most parts and labor, unless otherwise specified.

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

•  Repairs are performed using trusted, high-quality parts 
• Work is completed by experienced technicians 
• Any qualifying issue will be reviewed and addressed promptly

 If you experience an issue related to a recent service:

1. Contact our team at service@autoconciergebyreneau.com 
2. Provide a brief description of the concern 
3. We will schedule an inspection to assess the issue 

All warranty claims must be evaluated by our team before any repairs are authorized.

To maintain quality, consistency, and warranty coverage, all services must be performed and documented through Auto Concierge by Reneau. 

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear 
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors 
• Repairs or parts not installed by Auto Concierge by Reneau 
• Customer-supplied parts
•  Any repairs or services performed by a third party without prior knowledge and authorization from Auto Concierge by Reneau 
• Unauthorized work performed outside of our service process, including side work not scheduled or approved through our system
