We provide appointment-only mobile automotive service at your home or workplace. Members enroll in a monthly plan, schedule service through our system, and receive professional maintenance and inspections without interrupting their day.
Membership Activation:
Full service benefits begin 30 days after enrollment to allow for proper onboarding, scheduling, and service planning.
We provide service throughout metro Atlanta (Fulton, DeKalb, and Cobb counties) and Greater Houston (Houston, Sugar Land, and Pearland).
Service areas are intentionally focused to ensure efficient routing and consistent, high-quality service. Additional locations may be available upon request.

Yes. Memberships can be canceled at any time by emailing service@autoconciergebyreneau.com. Once processed, a confirmation email will be sent for your records.
Auto Concierge by Reneau is a membership-based service designed for ongoing vehicle care. This ensures your maintenance stays on schedule and nothing is missed.
If additional services are recommended, you’ll receive a detailed Digital Vehicle Inspection with photos and notes. All recommended work is reviewed and approved by you before any repairs are performed.
No. All services, including oil changes, are available exclusively to active members.
No. To ensure quality, reliability, and proper warranty support, all parts are sourced and installed by our team.
We service most gasoline vehicles 15 years and newer. If you have a specific vehicle question, contact us to confirm eligibility.
No. As long as we have access to the vehicle and keys, service can be completed without you being present. All updates, inspection results, and recommendations are delivered digitally for your review.
Members schedule through our online system during available service windows. Workplace members are notified when onsite service days are scheduled at their location.
Yes. Memberships can be canceled at any time by contacting our team at service@autoconciergebyreneau.com. A confirmation email will be sent once your cancellation is complete.
Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled through the online portal used to book your service.
To avoid a cancellation fee, changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service window.
To maintain efficient scheduling for all members, a $50 missed appointment fee applies if service cannot be completed as scheduled.
Our technician will arrive within your scheduled service window and allow a 15-minute grace period for access to the vehicle and keys. If access is not available, the appointment will be considered a missed visit and the fee will apply.
